Everyone starts here: 1 Thing to Focus on to Keep Your Sanity as a Solopreneur.

Whether you want to grow into a multimillion-dollar business, or keep your business small and outsource as needed.

You gotta start somewhere.

That somewhere is solo.

You’re excited so you dive right in! Work doesn’t feel like work when you’re so wrapped up in your business.

But, you’re doing all the things:

  • Emails
  • Marketing
  • Writing copy
  • Calls
  • Graphics
  • Etc.

You get overwhelmed by everything that needs to be done, keep doubting yourself, and begin to burn out.

It may seem like an uphill battle, but here’s the thing…

There is 1 Thing to Focus on to Keep Your Sanity as a Solopreneur

But Jennifer, I just want to get up the mountain of my goal and enjoy the view!

I totally get how you’re feeling. This is something I had to learn the hard way while building my business.

I was so focused on the outcome, that I couldn’t see what was right in front of me. How much I learned along the way, how much I grew as a person and business owner, the amazing people around me who are supportive, the connections I made, and how far I’ve come.
Focusing on the end goal only made me feel more anxious, more depressed, more self-doubt, and wanting to give up too soon.

Now, I focus on one day at a time. One step at a time. One task at a time. In that moment.

IT’S THE 1 THING I FOCUS ON TO KEEP MY SANITY AS A SOLOPRENEUR

This has made all the difference.

Everything you do in your business is a learning curve. A lot of unknowns.

You won’t know unless you take that one step at a time.

Sure, I still plan longer-term projects, but after I’ve broken it down into manageable tasks, I focus on one thing to take action on. What’s next? Focus on that one thing.

Once that one thing is done. Onto the next. Be in the moment of what is in front of you.

I’ve made sure to do this concept in my everyday life too.

Enjoying the journey has allowed me to not worry about how long it’ll take to reach my end goal because I know that as long as I do a little bit each day to take action and keep me moving forward, I’m on the way there. It’s an adventure!

Live in the moment. Enjoy the journey!
